Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard card greeting. By ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

PAYMENT - Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear before delivery. The price includes delivery, set up for a 24-hour period and take down of the event greeting. A trip fee may be added to the cost of your greeting at the time of payment depending on the location. Once we have the address we will let you know. Trip fees start at $15.00.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS – If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must do so 7 days in advance to receive a refund of 50% of your rental amount, or you may receive one full rental credit to use within 12 months of the cancelled reservation. All rentals cancelled less than 48 hours in advance forfeit any refund, but will be given one full rental credit to use within 12 months of the cancelled reservation. We will not refund payment if the recipient homeowner requests that the greeting be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submissions.

RUSH ORDERS - Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

• Based on available inventory
• Rush fee may apply

INCLEMENT WEATHER - We will not be able to deliver your Bling My Lawn greeting if there is lightning, a blizzard, high winds or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting, a refund will be honoured.

DELIVERY - The greeting will be delivered the morning of your event date unless other arrangements have been made with Bling My Lawn. All greetings are typically delivered and set up between 9:00am and 2:00pm and picked up 24 hours later.

HOMEOWNER – Bling My Lawn displays are meant to be pleasant surprises for the recipients. If ordering an installation for your own home, please make arrangements to turn off sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting. All pets need to be behind a fence or in the house. If ordering an installation for a home that is not your own, you agree to make sure that at least one adult at the recipient’s address is aware we will be installing on their

property and knows that we are coming at least 24 hours

BEFORE we arrive. For the safety and well being of everyone involved, you agree to share our terms and conditions with them.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC SPACE - You are responsible for obtaining approval from any community housing management or public space before installation occurs.

DAMAGE - Any damage, loss, destruction or tampering with a Bling My Lawn greeting is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from Bling My Lawn. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are lost or damaged will be enforced.

CUSTOM ORDERS – Custom Bling My Lawn displays are special ordered/designed event displays that are either purchased or individually created for customers based on their specifications. While these are custom made to order for a particular customer, Bling My Lawn reserves the right to use any and all custom displays for future orders. All custom displays remain the property of Bling My Lawn Event Cards and Décor. In the unlikely event that a custom order does not arrive on time, due to circumstances beyond our control, Bling My Lawn will provide a suitable replacement display and refund the difference or provide a full refund.

PHOTOGRAPHS & SIGNAGE - You understand that photographs will be taken of the signs and your home may appear in the photo (home address/exact location will not be shared) and that a sign containing Bling My Lawn information will be installed in the yard.

POLICIES - You agree to abide by the the following DOs & DON'Ts:

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a small child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display. You are responsible for all damages.

DO NOT perform any lawn maintenance while the yard card is on display in your yard. Any damage or staining of signs due to lawn maintenance will be invoiced to you. If you have a LAWN Service that does your lawn maintenance, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up. There will be a $20 cleaning fee if the grass is cut when our signs are up. If our signs or stakes are damaged, you will be charged $5 per stake, $15 for signs up to 18 inches, $35 for signs up to 30 inches, and $50 for any signs over 30 inches.

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground, play near the display, or erect bounce houses, slides, waterslides, or any other entertainment activity near the yard card greeting display. If you do, Bling My Lawn and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property. Any damage to our signage and stands will be invoiced to you.

Bling My Lawn reserves the right to politely and respectfully decline orders that are political, controversial, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. Bling My Lawn and all  representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of any rental.
